Welcome to the North Dakota State Fair going on
in Minot this week! We don't need to read any headlines about it...we can
'feel' it with the extreme heat these last few days. Please be careful in this
heat.
The big events in Max are just a few short weeks
away. City Wide Garage Sales start at 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 2nd and run
until 3 p.m. or however long you want to keep yours open. You may start your
own rummage sale any day but only the sales open on that Saturday will be
marked on the map.
Then, be sure to save this date: October 11th.
The Max Civic Club is excited to announce that the Steak Fry will be held
Saturday, October 11th with the Fun Pianos show by 176 Keys Traveling Dueling
Pianos. More details to come in August.
