Reminder: The Farmers Market is still being held
in front of the Max Cafe on Wednesdays, beginning at 10 a.m. and on Saturdays ,
beginning at 9:30 a.m. There is no fee to sell your produce...just come.
There were a good number of people at the recent
Max Senior Citizens meeting at their Center on Main Street. They will meet
again on September 26th. Make plans to attend, even if you aren't presently a
member. Come see what the Seniors are all about!!

Max Civic Club's Annual Steak Fry with entertainment by the Fun Pianos, a traveling dueling pianos
show by 176 Keys. Are you curious?

Vi Kostenko and her daughters,
Sharlene Fredrich and Marion Schmidt, had lunch with a cousin from Kenmare, in
Garrison on Tuesday of last week.
