The cafe in Max has now opened under new ownership and has been renamed the Max Cafe. Kathy and Warren Huettl purchased the business from Kristin Splichal. The hours, at this time, are 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. They are offering daily specials. Beginning February 7, the cafe will be open on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Come check it out.

Joe Huettl, son of Warren and Kathy Huettl, and his fiancé JoAnn Brag have moved to Max and will be managing the Max Cafe for Joe's parents. Welcome to our little community, Joe and JoAnn!

This Friday, January 22nd is the noon potluck and meeting of the Max Senior Citizens.
