November 21, 2015: Maxnd.com undergoing work today.

Maxnd.com is undergoing some upgrades to the menu system, as well as other tweaks, today. Please bear with any functional issues that may occur.  The site may be down for short periods of time over the course of the afternoon.

The Max Senior Citizens will have their noon potluck and meeting on this coming Friday, November 20th. This is a week earlier than their usual fourth Friday potluck and meeting because of Thanksgiving. Most Fridays at noon there is a salad bar and any potluck items you bring in, not necessarily just on their meeting day.

Sunday, November 22nd at 2:30 at the Max Senior Citizens' building is another meeting for the Max Alumni Reunion planning. Everyone is welcome.

Also on this Sunday, November 22nd Rainbow Photo will be at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Max to take family pictures. This is not limited to church members.

On Thursday, December 3rd at 7 p.m. the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony will be held in front of the Civic Center on Main Street in Max. Everyone is asked to bring a plate of holiday cookies to share and Civic Club will be serving Hot Cocoa! We will have caroling and the lighting of the town's Christmas tree. There will be a food drive and all items will be collected through Santa Days held on December 19th. These food items will then be given to Our Savior Lutheran Church's Food Pantry.
