This coming Saturday and Sunday, August 17-18 is
the Adolph Olsen Family Reunion at the Civic Center in Max. Pattie Olson Foley
wrote in with the announcement of this, stating that Ray (Lorna) Olson is her
uncle.
Lila Fannik and Lorna Sambor attended the funeral
of Barry Lee in Bismarck. Barry was the son-in-law of Don and Jan Meronuck.
Steve and Paulette Schmaltz of CA visited at
Lorna Sambor's home last week. Paulette is Paul Sambor's daughter.
Lorna Sambor enjoyed the day in Douglas when they
had their community picnic. It was so nice to visit and chat with old school
mates from the Douglas school. Lorna was the second oldest there, with Mildred
Roberts being the oldest at 96.
Linda Bushian Shirts from Port Townsend, WA
visited Lorna Sambor last week.
