Tonight, 13th, at 7:00 the Max Library Partners
will hold their annual meeting.
The World Day of Prayer service was held on
Friday at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Max. All churches were represented and
Pastor Erin Gullickson gave a wonderful and blessed service. All enjoyed the
delicious lunch and fellowship following her service.
Lorraine Harchanko Hanley, formerly of Max and
now living in CA. will be leaving this next week for a two week trip to the
Holy Land. We pray for her safe travels.
This coming Sunday, 16th, the Max Senior Citizens
will hold their fundraiser breakfast and silent auction from 9:30-1:00 at the
Civic Center.
The Max Farmers Elevator will hold their annual
meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, 18th, at the Civic Center. In case there is yet
one more blizzard or poor weather day for us, the elevator meeting will be held
on March 25th.
On Thursday, March 27th, there will be a blood
drive at the Max School from 11-5. For more information, call the school at
679-2685.
Friday, March 28th is the Senior Citizens' noon
potluck and meeting.
